Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without RMA. 2.Put the RMA# on your invoice/packing slip and on the outside of the shipping box (not the watch box). Include the invoice/packing slip with your return. 3.Put the watch with all of its original packaging including all manual, warranty, etc., and any gift with purchase in the box. 4. You can use the carrier of your choice, but make sure you ship it with tracking and insurance. You are responsible for the package until it is received at our facility. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all the plastic protectors and tags intact for a refund. If not we will deduct any difference from the refund amount. We refund the price of the item less 25% for restocking fees and any brokerage/customs fees we have to pay in order to receive your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please make sure you send the item back via the postal service. Declare the item as a return so no duty tax or customs fee should be assessed. ***NOTE: We no longer accept international returns shipped to us via UPS or FedEx. International return packages shipped via UPS and FedEx will be refused.*** If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal by the customer, customer is responsible for the actual return shipping fee assessed by the carrier and any duty tax or customs fee that the carrier has paid in advance in order to clear the package through customs in customer's country. These fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please allow one week after your return is received for the refund or exchange to be processed.
